We have worked on some fantastic and very different projects this year and there’s more to come. Here’s a snapshot of work we have completed, work in progress and still to come.
Recently completed
Mechanical works for modern apartment building within Manchester City Centre for Paragon Construction.
Mechanical and Electrical services to The Solardome at St Cuthbert’s RC College, Rochdale. Kris Kocsis of the projects M&E Consulting Engineers advised in an email –

Full PAT testing alongside a range of remedial works to various areas within a prestigious golf club and hotel in Cheshire.
Replacement heating plant boilers and ventilation works at a well renowned North West Facilities Management company.
Fit Out Works to South Stand at Etihad Stadium. Toby Rexstraw of Citybuild wrote ‘Once again, with your excellent technical and moral support from concept through to handover, we have delivered this most challenging of projects on budget, time and to the highest of standards which has only helped cement both our company’s reputation with the Club.

Mechanical and Plumbing work at new MRI unit in Christies Hospital, the European specialist centre in cancer research and development.
A number of boiler replacement works at various health centre’s in the North West.
Various mechanical and engineering works including boiler replacement at a major Ribble Valley hotel.
Future projects
Full mechanical and electrical work for a new fire station in Yorkshire to commence early in 2016.
Mechanical and electrical refurbishment of commercial office space in Sheffield.
Extraction and power variations at a large Greater Manchester college campus.
Mechanical and Electrical work at new Youth Zone ‘The Hive’ on the Wirral in 2016.
Mechanical and Plumbing works within a Church conversion to a student apartment block in Manchester.
