The Client:
Spring Lane School aims to provide a nurturing environment for young people, helping them feel safe, respected and valued.
There are three facilities, Park House, Bury, the new Kershaw Centre (formerly the Radcliffe Site), Bury and Whitefield, Manchester.
The New Kershaw Centre can accommodate up to 60 pupils with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.
Work Completed:
Fast-track refurbishment of an existing building to create a modern and safe PRU facility. Works involved the supply and installation of heating, gas, ventilation, domestic, and sanitaryware services, with all services installed being anti-vandal and anti-ligature.
