The Client:

Rochdale Town Hall is a Victorian gothic Grade-I listed building that William Crossland designed to celebrate the town’s industrial standing in the textile trade.

In 2021, some 150 years after its completion, work began to restore the building to its former glory.

Work Completed:

Restoration works carried out, including the refurbishment of existing and installation of new radiators together with further works to heating, domestic and ventilation services, all carried out sympathetically within this grade 1 listed building.
