The completion of the mechanical services upgrade at Nevill Road Infant School marks a comprehensive renewal of the building’s heating and ventilation infrastructure.
Delivered fully in accordance with the contract drawings and specification, the project involved the replacement of all heating plant, distribution pipework and heat emitters, alongside control panel adaptations, installation of new hot water plant, and the provision of new mechanical ventilation systems throughout the school.
The works also included the full strip-out and safe disposal of redundant heating plant, emitters, hot water systems and ventilation equipment.
A key priority throughout was maintaining normal school operations during term time. The project was therefore delivered in carefully managed phases, with close coordination between our site team, the client and school leadership to ensure a safe and fully functional learning environment was maintained at all times.
The completed scheme now provides the school with modern, efficient and compliant mechanical systems, supporting long-term performance, improved comfort levels and reduced operational risk.
