About Murray Building Services 

Supported by an experienced management team, in-house designers and qualified site operatives, we operate across a wide range of commercial sectors with typical contracts ranging from £10k up to £2m.

Our sister company, Murray Building Services Maintenance, provides a comprehensive maintenance contract service tailored to support our installations (and existing systems that have been fitted by other engineers) and includes a 24-hour reactive call out.

We are based in the North West of England and whilst we predominantly operate in Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Merseyside, Yorkshire and North Wales, we readily accept opportunities for mechanical contracts further afield.

Our office is located in Blackburn, Lancashire, just off the M65, giving us excellent access to sites across the country.

Due to our realistic prices, high calibre team and reputation for quality installations, we are able to consistently secure repeat business and attract business from new clients.
