Project details:
This new 28,000ft facility constructed by Hargreaves Contracting in Crumpsall, North Manchester, consists of a new workshop, security gatehouse, a screened vehicle wash, re-fuelling station and ancillary office accommodation.
Work completed by MBS:
Mechanical design, supply and extract ventilation, air conditioning, BMS (building management system) control systems, electric heating to high bay workshops, domestic hot and cold-water systems, sanitaryware and drainage installations and external utility supplies.
The project was completed in June 2021.
