Murray Building Services plays an important role in this culture by providing the group with a first rate, 24-hour, dedicated and reactive call out and planned maintenance system for their valued clients, whilst also working in partnership to deliver lifecycle replacements to ensure their buildings are efficient, reliable and effective at all times.
The £750k per annum building services contract is now in its 15th year and includes:
- 2,500 reactive call outs per year
- 52-week maintenance
- Planned preventative maintenance
- Statutory compliance
- System reporting
- Contract renewals
- Statutory compliance
In addition to this, Murray Building Services provides the group with regular performance reviews.
