Hospitality, education and leisure contracts for Murrays
Comptoir Libanaise, the café style eatery offering Lebanese food is opening its first restaurant outside of London in the Spinningfields district of Manchester, and Murray Building Services have been chosen to undertake the full Mechanical Services works for the new building.
Eric Wright Special Projects are to set up a Learning Foundation base at Preston College which will enable young people to learn a trade within building services. Murray Building Services are assisting them with this project by providing domestic water services and drainage to the site. They are also working alongside their own suppliers to provide materials required within the teaching process.
Paragon Construction Group has chosen Murray Building Services to undertake the Mechanical Services works at Taylor House, Preston. Murray Building Services will shortly complete another of Paragon Construction Groups projects based at Lower Darwen School where they have been undertaking the Mechanical Services works for the new extension and refurbishment works.
Work is currently ongoing at the H H Smith projects based at Radcliffe Riverside School and Roe Lee Park Primary School, Blackburn to complete the Mechanical Services work.
Work has recently been completed at Accrington College VEC building and the South Stand extension at the Etihad Stadium.
