Stephen Knowles, Head of Special Projects at Eric Wright Construction sent the following email after completion of Westbury Lodge project.
“I just thought I should send a very quick email having just returned from the handover on the above project. The feedback from both the end users and Blackpool Council was that the project is exceptional and the ultimate finish is outstanding and I must note we are completely snag free on PC which was also achieved a week ahead of the original programme date.
The success of the project has been down to everybody involved so if you could please pass on my personal thank you to all of your site operatives as they have all worked tirelessly. Too often we are quick to criticise when things go wrong and we don’t always pass the credit on when a project goes well so that is the sole intention of the email.
I hope you all have a good weekend and we can now move onto the next scheme together and thank you again.”
