New projects awarded to Murray Building Services in Quarter 3

New project wins for Murrays

Olton Grange – Mechanical and plumbing refurbishment

We were recently appointed as M&E contractor for the Wilmslow Building Company . The project involves the modernisation of Olton Grange, a 19th century, assisted living facility located in Solihull. The project value is circa 300k and is due to commence in the next few months.

Wilmslow Building is a leading construction company based in Cheshire, specialising in interior fit out, refurbishment and construction and this will be the first time we have worked with them.

National Football Museum– Lighting upgrade

The National Football Museum originally opened in Preston in 2001 and is home to a collection of over 140,000 boots, balls, programmes, paintings, postcards and ceramics. The museum is located within Preston North End’s Deepdale ground, in Lancashire.

This won’t be the first time we have worked at this site having completed several projects for the football club previously.

Christies and Royal Blackburn Hospital – MRI scanners

We have been working with both of these key Northwest hospitals for a number of years.

New projects will see us returning to Christies hospital to install a 4th MRI Scanner alongside contractors City Build and Royal Blackburn Hospital for the replacement of a MRI 2 scanner – contractor D&G Builder.
