Current Vacancies 

Mechanical Services Contracts Engineer (HVAC)

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Mechanical Services Contract Engineer to join a growing company with an established team who are centrally located off J5 off the M65 in Lancashire.

Working 40 hours a week, Mon – Friday and reporting to the Directors, your day to day duties will include:

  • Integrate with the team and manage ongoing projects.
  • Provide commercial & practical engineering contract management.
  • Take financial control of Projects managed.
  • Manage, guide and direct Mechanical operatives & Subcontractors on projects by project basis.
  • Assist with tendering traditional and D&B submissions.
  • Have a good understanding of health and safety issues.

Essentials:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience gained in Mechanical Project / Contract Management
  • Manage Mechanical project values between 30k – 2.5m

Senior Pipe Fitter/Plumber

We are looking to recruit a Senior Pipe fitter/plumber installing and supervising the installation of LPHW, CHW and Domestic pipework  systems, plant rooms, plumbing and above ground drainage. The ideal candidate will have 7 years plus experience and  be capable of proficiently reading and understanding drawings and supervising/directing other team members and sub-contractors.

Duties to include the installation of plant, pipe systems and plumbing in non-domestic properties. The ideal candidate would possess the following :

Reliable and Punctual with Good communication

Plantroom and distribution pipework installation experience

Good understanding of AC/ductwork installations to liaise with sub-contractors onsite.

Good Drawing/Specification Reading and Take off experience,

In depth understanding of Commercial Heating/Plumbing

Remuneration will be generally in accordance with BESA guidelines and include a company vehicle, fuel work card, Welplan and many other benefits.

Service Desk Administrator

The Service Desk Advisor will be responsible for the delivery of reactive and planned works to a defined geographic area. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of excellent customer service, prioritising workloads, administrative duties, managing work orders via dedicated maintenance systems and ensuing customer SLA’s are achieved.  

The role will involve the following key responsibilities but are not limited to :

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to emails from clients, internal workforce and supply chain
  • Act as a key point of contact to resolve service and repair needs
  • Logging of client work orders onto the CAFM system
  • Allocating work to field engineers
  • Dealing with queries and logging updates
  • Problem solving
  • Job resolutions
  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Reporting to the Service Desk Manager with any queries or escalations
  • Excellent customer service
