MAINTENANCE UPDATE

Big Change

BigChange continues to expand with additional processes being added, including increased PPM reports, new job cards and improved workflows.

Lifecycle projects and summer works are fully on the way, with lots planned for plant improvements, efficiencies, and longevity—all of which will minimise clients’ risk of failure while keeping sites operational.

Service Performance Reviews

Review meetings have taken place with EWFM, LCC and WCHG to capture our service performance and review future works/projects – feedback is very positive from all.

EWFM

From 1st April, MBS Maintenance commenced a new PPM programme based on SFG20 for EWFM. Systems and processes are being reviewed and adapted regularly to ensure completion targets are achieved.

New Team Member

Due to continued growth, we welcomed new starter Sam Garner to the maintenance team.

Sam starts with MBS on July 15th and will be trained to work on the service desk alongside Jack and Mike, assisting in reactive and planned works delivery.
