Experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber
About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified and reliable plumber to carry out service, repairs, and preventative maintenance across a range of commercial sites. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on problem-solving, takes pride in their work, and is committed to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair plumbing faults across commercial buildings
- Conduct scheduled maintenance and compliance checks
- Work autonomously and respond to urgent breakdowns
- Liaise professionally with clients, site managers, and other trades
- Complete job reports, safety checks, and compliance paperwork via tablet
- On Call Rota for out-of-hours emergency call-outs (1 in 12 weeks)
What You’ll Need:
- Qualifications in Plumbing
- Current Driving Licence
- Skills Card
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- Backflow and TMV accreditation (desirable)
- Pass a DBS check
