Experienced Commercial Gas Engineer (Breakdown)
- Experience conducting diagnostic, service and maintenance. Basic installations to commercial plant, HVAC and mechanical building services.
- Able to carry out fault finding and repair of commercial plant room equipment, i.e., boilers, pumps, valves, vessels, etc.
- Conduct gas servicing in accordance with manufacturers’ and industry guidelines.
- Proficient with boilers, pumps, valves, AHUs, fan coils, pipework, burners, controls, etc.
- Achieve first-time fix targets and minimise return visits
- Complete digital job reports and compliance documentation
- Oil qualification (OFTEC) would be desirable but not essential
- LPG qualification would be desirable but not essential
- Ground/Air source heat pumps/systems experience preferred, but not essential
- Knowledge of Electrical/Controls (BMS) would be an advantage.
- You would be working within facilities such as commercial, corporate, industrial, retail and governmental (Schools/NHS/Public Buildings) – Enhanced DBS is essential

Successful applicants will be expected to participate in the company’s on-call rota system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
ACS Qualifications CCN1, CPA1, CEN1, HTR1, WAT1, CKR1, CONLPGPD, CODC1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CORT1, CDGA1
- Unvented Cylinders
- Current Full UK Driving Licence
- Good numeracy and literacy
- Good time management
- Good knowledge of the current industry
You would also need to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
Experienced Commercial Maintenance Electrician
We are seeking an experienced electrician with a proven track record in the commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities
As part of our maintenance team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical systems across a range of commercial properties. Your day-to-day work will include:
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults
- Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance,
for example EICR Testing, Emergency Lighting Testing, DB health checks
- Installing, upgrading, and maintaining electrical equipment
- Responding to reactive maintenance requests
- Ensuring compliance with all electrical and safety regulations
Skills & Experience Required
- Qualified Electrician (e.g., NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in commercial electrical maintenance
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, safety standards, and fault-finding
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Pass an Enhanced DBS check
- Full and valid UK Driving Licence
Experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Plumber / Installer with expertise in commercial plumbing systems and Legionella compliance to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial plumbing and heating systems.
- Install, service, and maintain hot- and cold-water systems, sanitary ware, pipework, valves, pumps, and other plant equipment.
- Complete water hygiene tasks, including temperature monitoring/maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults quickly and effectively.
- Ensure all work complies with health & safety, building regulations and water hygiene standards.
- Provide clear and professional communication with clients and site managers.
- Keep accurate records, reports, and certifications where required.
Skills & Experience Required
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
- Legionella Control / Awareness
- Previous experience working in the commercial sector / operational buildings and working to project programmes.
- Excellent work history in plumbing of water systems, including removal of dead legs and working with copper, plastic pipework and installations.
- Experience of carrying out planned and remedial maintenance work, including TMV servicing.
- Unvented hot water qualification
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Pass an Enhanced DBS check
- Full and valid UK Driving Licence
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Gas Safe registration (commercial/domestic).
- Electrical knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
