MAINTENANCE UPDATE
The maintenance division has already achieved its annual growth target of 15% for 2023/24.
Growth is set to continue with new project wins, including reactive and small mechanical and electrical works with EQUANS for Blackburn and Burnley Hospitals.
The maintenance division passed its annual NICEIC audit (National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting). The NICEIC is a third-party organisation that sets standards and regulates industry training.
We were delighted to welcome Nathan Porter to the department in August. Nathan transferred from the contracts division and will work with the existing electrical team to support new works and future opportunities.
Team News:
In our last update, we said farewell to Simon Turner after 22 years of service. We are now pleased to announce the appointment of James Corner as contract Manager, who will manage some of our new projects going forward.
Due to our continued growth, we are recruiting for two positions: a Pipe Fitter and a Commercial Gas Engineer. More information can be found here.
